Tara graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Following graduation, she completed her dietetic internship at The Christ Hospital. Tara delivers nutrition counseling for weight loss and disease management, and provides nutrition education to various companies in the Greater Cincinnati area. She is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Dietetic Association and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has a special interest in counseling techniques and motivational interviewing. She is equally passionate about teaching as she is learning and finds great joy in helping others improve their well-being through nutrition education.
Emily graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts and earned her dietetics certificate from the University of Cincinnati. She completed her dietetic internship at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Emily is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Greater Cincinnati Dietetic Association. Emily has special interest in weight management and helping people attain a healthy attitude towards food and nutrition. She enjoys being a member of both the Weight Management Practice Group and the Sports, Cardiovascular, & Wellness Practice Group. She uses her background in education to help people realize and reach their own personal nutrition goals.
